⚛️The CONSCIOUS MIND is the part of you that THINKS & it is in the conscious mind that your FREE WILL lies. ⚛️With over 70000 thoughts entering your conscious mind every day , you have the free will to choose what thoughts or group of thoughts (ideas) you see as a picture in your mind that you want to entertain ! ⚛️This is important because the thoughts we choose to entertain determine your results in life . ⚛️Choosing to do the things & engage in behaviors that make us feel great is the best approach to a happy life. ⚛️When you wake up each morning decide for your day to:-➡️give yourself a gentle reminder to feel good throughout your day by treating people well that you meet each day; ➡️drink a minimum of two litres of water a day & eat wholesome nutritious food in small portion sizes in a mindful way so you are nourishing your body for a more; energised, productive day; ➡️to exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes each day because the oxygen to your brain combined with the rush of endorphins into your blood after exercise has started, makes you feel fantastic; ➡️be a life time learner because change is inevitable & personal development is a choice. If we are not getting more uncomfortable doing things out of our comfort zone, we are not learning , we are not growing , and we are not going to feel better in our day because we are not striving to thrive & become the best versions of ourselves; ➡️have a good attitude so we think, feel and act in a way that we choose behaviors that break bad habits (thoughts you CONTINUALLY IMPRESS repeatedly upon your subconscious that becomes FIXED in this part of your personality without being consciously aware of them ), &replace them with good habits because bad habits are one of the worst inhibitors of self development & happiness that we know of. ⚛️Develop & habitually practice a good attitude & go about your day more positively , & act in ways that you want to feel .
