[Career] Got an employee recognition program in Q1-24
Q2 (Apr-Jun)
[Career] My big bet initiative in Q4-23 & Q1-24: "doing digital transformation for one of the critical parts in the company" was fully adopted and brought business impact: business team productivity increased 2.5x; better customer experience followed; team morale and confidence level increased due to the impact
Q3 (Jul-Sept)
[Family] Being a "bapak2 yang anaknya udah SD", new morning routine and new monthly (huge) spending :D
[Community] Soft launch belajar.shafa.id to several campuses in Indonesia. The vision is: to help mentors run Islamic mentoring sessions. They will be equipped with a Learning Management System that provides basic Islamic learning material. Mentors don't need to be worried about their "knowledge capacity", just focus on group engagement, and acting like learning facilitators. That's the idea.
Q4 (Oct-Dec)
[Family] Just accomplished a major adult milestone, which "melunasi KPR berdurasi 19 tahun" after 5 years paid a huge amount every month. From the beginning, we had a strong faith that Allah would help us to close this debt early, despite being part of the sandwich generation. But never did we imagine it would happen this quickly! It was fully "pertolongan-Allah" through a good return on investment on the capital market and khaleela hijab. Learning: Just trust in Allah first, action follows
[Family] My lovely wife finally got a LPDP Scholarship, after 5-6 attempts since 2022 (I forgot exactly the number). I've been a witness to her extraordinary perseverance and patience. Barakallah, Bun :)
