January update
☆ I discovered the Forest app in the last week of January and so far, it's helping me to scroll a little less aimlessly.
☆ And DailyBean app with its daily mood tracking made me realise I'm overall mostly a happy person, which is an unexpected puzzle piece for my inner narrative.
☆ I went to a yoga class approximately twice a week and attended a Back to basics yoga workshop.
☆ We booked a city break in Barcelona for April and went to see a live musical. Also Wicked in the cinema.
☆ My new diary arrived last week (half price since it's already February and I don't mind starting on a random day), so let's see how that will go, I haven't really used a paper diary since my uni days.
In February, I need to be way more mindful about what I eat, I've been mostly surviving on baked goods. Definitely not ideal.
