Cherry grew up on a planet where everything worked kind of like a bee hive or an ant hill, each colony chooses a child to modify their body to lay eggs cherry was chosen, but a few days before the old king/queen died and cherry would have to take on the responsibility a diner appeared, run by 2 humans, leif and Casper. lief made a human suit for cherry for when they were on earth.

Still, she worries for their futures, Jack's in particular. She fears that his life will return to violence. She doesn't want him to walk her path, knowing he has talents in other areas.
