we track questions and answers at our library and since we are now keycard entry only (thanks security) we get a lot of calls about letting people into the library

we had the cutest patron come into the library yesterday.
she was like...one? maybe? whatever, she was itty bitty and had exactly one (1) DVD case that she did her best to give to us.
it was a success and hopefully we created a lifelong love of the library when four separate people at the desk applauded her placing it in the book drop
