I remember Libertarians and tankies swearing up and down that Russia attacking Ukraine was western propaganda, and then when it actually happened they were like, “Well of course they invaded! They had to!”.
Now it appears that Russia may be about to attack Poland to test NATO’s resolve, now that Trump has sufficiently weakened the alliance. I genuinely hope this really is just propaganda, but I cannot wait to hear the tankie hot takes.

Carlson could conceivably run for president in 2028, but getting on the ballot as an independent in all the states is tough. Very tough. He could run in the Republican primaries, which would be easy, or he could ask for the Libertarian Party nomination, which would be very easy. He denies having any presidential ambitions, but they all say that until they say: "I didn't want to run, but so many people told me I had to run that I decided to follow the will of the people." ... So he will be the white men's grievance candidate. That probably wouldn't be enough to get the Republican nomination, but as an independent candidate or LP candidate, he could pull enough votes from the Republican ticket to doom it.

This is what libertarians say as a reason why food, housing, medical care, education, etc are not human rights.
But a capitalist's wealth also requires the labor of others. Does that mean capitalists have no right to their wealth?
And if people began violently resisting and seizing the capitalist's wealth, would the capitalist not have the right to call the police, because that would also require the labor of others?
As always, poor people are expected to follow strict standards of independence and self-sufficiency, while rich people are free to do whatever they want to get richer. Something that's considered wrong when poor people do it is considered right when rich people do it. Rich people create an entire economic system that enriches them at the expense of other people's labor, then tell those laborers to be self sufficient or die.
