When you eat while you're stressing or while you're in front of the TV or computer, you have a tendency to eat empty calories that you will regret later!

Instead of eating your feelings, try some of these alternatives to keep you busy and occoupied!

1. Have a quick dance party by blasting your favorite song and blasting a few calories

2. Knit (or learn to) while you watch TV instead of chowing down on unnecessary junk foods

3. Do some light stretching or yoga while on the couch or sitting at your desk. A great way to multitask while catching up on your favorite shows

4. Go for a quick walk outside to a local park, or just down the street when your stress levels rise

5. Read a few chapters of that book you've started, to take a light break
