They’ll get to search no matter what.

When resolving a spell or ability, its instructions are followed in the order they’re printed. For Assassin’s Trophy, this means that first the permanent is destroyed and then its controller may search for a basic land. Since Leonin Arbiter is destroyed before the search happens, its effect no longer applies and can’t stop the search from happening.

Well, your opponent won't be able to search at all unless they pay {2} for Leonin Arbiter's ability. If they pay, then they'll only be able to search the top four cards of their library because of Aven Mindcensor. Sounds like a bad deal to me, though.
