Care to elaborate on Kuwaberg? Why you ship it?
Oh, wow! Someone actually asked me! It's kinda funny, my little journey on Tumblr actually started because I wanted a place to talk about Kuwaberg because it's unfortunately not a popular ship in the slightest, but I've never actually properly and thoroughly explained why I like it so much
First of all, I think it's how highly they want people to see them VS. how they actually see themselves. Leon puts on a bold, confident, playboy persona...but just wants to be liked and respected by people because everyone used to hate on him for being naturally gifted at Baseball, and Celeste hates the idea of being ordinary and bland and so creates this grandiose persona of herself...when she's really just a nobody like you and me (Minus the gambling talent, obviously)
So in that regard, I think it's that they would see themselves in each other, once granted the chance to really properly meet, and would sort of push each other to be themselves more, maybe? Something to that effect
Second, they're also just in general very aesthetically appealing as a couple. The gothic and punk visuals go together very nicely, in my opinion, and generally, they just look pretty good together
Third, I think they'd bring the best out of each other, I think being with Leon would humble Celeste slightly and she might learn to be a bit calmer because of his attitude. I think Celeste would also push Leon to be more sure of his goals and efficient in achieving them
That's about as much as I have to say, honestly, they've just always stood out and been special to me. I appreciate this ask as well, I've been looking for an excuse to talk about this
