If you haven’t seen it yet, I would REALLY recommend watching Rental Family
It’s got Branden Fraser in it and *oh my god* it is amazing!!
Short summary: Fraser’s a struggling actor, gets a gig playing a Sad American at a funeral and is introduced to the idea of “Rental Family”- a company that will send someone to play a character in your life (friend/spouse/parent etc.) except that he ends up bonding with the people he’s meant to be acting for and helps them and his coworkers improve their lives.
Fucking BANGER movie and I loved it.
