Buildings in Lenox Hill, Manhattan.
Looking up 3rd Avenue in Lenox Hill,Β Manhattan
Rating  4.8/5 Quantum Leap offers an amazing array of delicious, satisfying vegan and vegetarian menu choices, with fresh fish and chicken options. It was my third time dining there, so I write as a very happy, repeat customer. Lunch Menu at Quantum Leap. Photo by Edward KliszusThis recent visit was on a steamy summer day when a friend and I were welcomed into a comfortable air-conditioned space surrounded by some cool jazz. Table Seating at Quantum Leap. Photo by Edward KliszusThe service was courteous and attentive as tall glasses of cold water, and menus appeared immediately. Economically welcoming was the $12 lunch menu from which we ordered. The portions were generous, beautifully prepared, and delicious. Living a vegan lifestyle for May and June, I often missed eating salmon. Today was the day to return to having an occasional meal with fish, and I was not disappointed. The skinless serving of salmon was large, flaky, and cooked exactly as I like it--medium. The preparation and flavors were complemented by brown rice and perfectly steamed vegetables with a light citrus sauce. Learning how to make vegetables taste this good through simple steaming is now on my bucket list. Texan BBQ Seitan Pita and Soup Combo at Quantum Leap. Photo by Edward KliszusMy friend chose from the Vegan/Vegetarian side of the menu and enjoyed the Texan BBQ Seitan Pita and Soup Combo. The pita was stuffed with fresh, crunchy vegetables like lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cabbage, and carrots, along with the seitan and a delicious Pico de Gallo. It arrived with a generous bowl of Quantum Leapβs homemade carrot ginger dressing. The side was a delightful, perfectly seasoned lentil soup. Grilled Salmon Garlic Teriyaki at Quantum Leap. Photo by Edward KliszusQuantum Leap has become our go-to restaurant for healthy, delicious, satisfying food. From the comfortable, homey vibe and an extensive menu to the smoothies and decadent vegan desserts, you, too, may find nourishing respite at your new best friendβs kitchen table on 1st Avenue and 60th Street.Quantum LeapMenu and Information1103 1st Avenue (61st Street near the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge)New York, NY 10065212-371-3888https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HBHncqy9myE&list=RDHBHncqy9myE&start_radio=1

Fifth and Park Avenues are lined with stately residential buildings, and limestone mansions, some occupied by international embassies, can be found just off the park. New developments have sprouted up east of Third Avenue, buoyed by the new subway line. The Met Breuer and the Frick Collection have created destinations for art and culture, and the Park Avenue Armory hosts avant-garde installations and performances.
