It's called "Nightfall", by Leletha on Archive of our own. 

And it's beautiful. It tells the story of the first httyd movie, but with a twist. In this fic, Cloudjumper didn't only take Valka, but Hiccup as well. 

Think Tarzan, since Hiccup grew up in an environment filled with dragons from a very young age. The fic takes place 20 years after Stoic lost Valka and Hiccup, and believes they're very much dead.

Not gonna say much more about the plot. Just that the story is told from Stoic, Astrid and Hiccup's points of view chapter by chapter. The writing is rich and creative, Hiccup's behaviour is spot-on, and all the other characters are just as their film-counterparts. 

The chapters are long, and there 20 of them. There's an epilogue coming soon as well, apparently.
