I couldn't help myself... new ship time!

Oraed/Leivas... some fun with perspective in here too

Mordremoth's call was so sweet. I wasn't in the best mindset at the time to weather it. His call, lulling me into the false safety… promising to make my pain go away. I'm ashamed to say how close I came to falling.

But you were there. You took my arm, pulling me back. Your resolve, your courage… fueled me. Kept me moving. I lost Aerin to Mordremoth already. Aerie used to be so sweet, so much fun to be around. I promised to avenge the memories I carried of him.

And you helped me. You stayed by my side. You made sure I wouldn't fall. The Dragon fell. Not us. We were- are- alive. The Maguuma Tree was found. Jamilyn needed our help. Train her siblings to fight and heal. The poor things were ravaged by the dragon. Worse than our Mother. But we helped them. As best we could.

We moved on together. Finding people worth protecting. Eventually found our way to the desert. Helped the Commanders kill Joko. On that battlefield, I saw her. I felt my wyld hunt sing when she landed in front of me, fire blazing and obliterating Awakened in her path.

I knew. I had to follow.

And you came with me. I didn't even have to ask.

She became glorious. Gorgeous. The prismatic dragon. And you and I… we joined her army. Her crystal blooms.

I think… At some point, our relationship changed. Sitting here, beside you… I find my mind stalling. Thoughts swimming violently before, now calm like the gentle waves on a beach. You smile. So gorgeous.

You lean closer to me. My eyes close. I feel our lips touch. Humans call it a kiss. I don't want it to stop. You rest a hand on my thigh. I place mine on yours.

It stops too soon. Your smile is still there.

"Oraed?" the sylvari tilts his head slightly, "You... want me to describe her? Her body or her heart?"

He smiles a bit, chuckles, "Her beauty is matched by her grace and courage, she is the star that has led me through the darkest times of my life. I imagine she might say the same of me. She has kept me walking when I wanted only to fall. She has fought for her place in the world, and I am proud to stand at her side."

i found a shot i took of Inga and Leivas jr. (the mini (lunar) rat, her pet rat) and decided to edit it... turned into this dumb thing.
