i love that headcanon and then she was also in the galaxy garrison when garrison trio was there because she is actually there in the first episode
(this time it is canonically her) (and we know already that james is in the garrison at this time despite him not being in this episode, season 7 episode 1 shows keith’s backstory and james, lance and hunk are in the garrison at this time so it’s safe to assume she also is seeing as she’s in the garrison at the same time as the garrison trio)
i love childhood friends to lovers trope and that is literally james and ina! also the fact that she doesn’t talk much but when she does she’s spouting data and james seems used to it. (they’re in love trust)
also i’m just going to add my own headcanons here, i think ina is trans because she just is. also she has an eidetic memory (did i spell that right) and autism.
