One sided Avid/Legundo, where Avid has a crush, but Legs just doesn't feel the same way. (Also I feel like Legs would be quite oblivious about it, and wouldn't even realize it until its stated to his face or someone else makes a joke about it infront of him.)
And after he found out it would kind of make him happy in the "still got it" way, but Avid's just not his type.
I feel like Avid would be fine with the rejection, and they could end up being close friends (or even QPR) if they have more opportunities to bond.

platonically? I'm obsessed with them. I think iwfy and windmills makes that very obvious haha. their canon dynamic is so unbelievably good and ridiculously underrated... I see every scene they have together and can't get enough of it. the inherent comedy of grown ass man doctor legundo being ragebaited by avid and falling for it. the way they just belittle and annoy each other and it shifting into an attempt to reconcile and understand... "maybe I can help you help them?" the mutual trust shattering in the same session it's tentatively solidified... "I'm done with him" and "I think death's too good for him." they were so close... legs wants to save people and avid wants to be saved... legs and avid you will always be famous. they could have been so friends...
onto the "romantic" aspect...
so let's get this out of the way. I don't think doc would ever be attracted to avid romantically or sexually. dr. self flagellator age gap guilt aside I just don't think he'd be into him lol. avid's not his type...
with that being said. avid wants that doctor so bad it makes him look stupid
it is thoroughly established that avid is attracted to authority because he wants people that make him feel safe. we see this with him asking out elle ("[guitar strum] she's a lesbian my bad") and (sigh) with scott. arguably with pearl and cleo early on. in a funnier world we would've seen it with abolish... so with that in mind I think he'd be down bad for doc. legs is a pillar of authority in oakhurst, a voice of reason, and once he starts extending that protection to avid I think avid would be very interested in him
essentially my ideal romantic legvid is one sided. I will say βοΈ avid doesn't seem to have a problem with his attraction being unrequited. I think he'd be totally content to just admire doc and never expect him to reciprocate, as long as doc keeps him safe and is on his side...
