I constantly wonder what the aftermath of the legoland presentation was in universe cus there was no way the entire audience was just sitting there blank faced not saying anything. If I were Penny I would have been doing in my power to not look at the audience because I’d see them judging and immediately burst into tears. Was there audience participation? Did anyone interrupt? Were they amused? Disgusted? Concerned? How did people feel afterward cus at least some sensible people would have had some sympathy but I bet a lot more of them would have just used it as an excuse to bother Penny and Ezra more. Like the stuff they talked about was both extremely vulnerable and also about stuff you would not want to bring up to a backward catholic school place. I’d go into hiding for my own safety because people are either gonna see you as a loser or the devil. Who was even at the presentation cus either a total of 5 people were there or the entire town was watching this kid describe her slow decent into madness. If most of the town saw my entire life story I’d be pretty paranoid about it. The event was probably the most interesting thing the town’s experienced in a while and they are not gonna let it go. Did the choir also know about the presentation cus they would definitely have thoughts about Penny if they found out she joined. She was on the news before too so did people show up who weren’t even from uranium to document stuff on the crazy stalker fan. If anyone recorded the whole thing she’s like doomed. The more I think about the implications the more I question what the fuck is wrong with this one kid’s life. Who the hell makes a presentation about this in universe
