Hey, It's Me
It's true, I am a member of the great twitter exodus, brought here by codes of isolation dying for the slight heat of touch in an endless cold mathematical tube of absolute nothing. I am here because I like it here. I like long form. I like short form. I like saying nothing to anyone, and anything to no one. Feel free to ask me things I guess, the best poems come in the form of questions and then the answers that seek them. Will I always post poems here? I don't know. Voice memos here? I don't know. But for now I am happy to be back on the big comfy couch that is tumblr with you weirdo freaks and geeks. Happy to ditch the intellectuals, let them scavenge for followers and hot takes while we scavenge for porn and the sense that someone somewhere really fucking feels you.
So I officially left twitter for good. The final straw was my mutral @kaybutlarry voicing her concerns for how H looked 2 nights ago and her getting dog piled with hate even got hate from one of our old GC mutrals. It's awful how you can't have any opinion in this fandom without people taking it out of context and hating on you especially on twitter. Also it's not just one specific group being toxic it's all of them [Rads, Henries, Twarries, Ziams, Larries ext.] being toxic and hypocritical acting like they know more or are a "better" fan than others. Every group fights with everyone and it's exhausting. It got to a breaking point when people that were suppose to be apart of our group was fighting with their own people after that I was done. Hope besides my GC mutrals those who I did like talking to find me here.

i found the absolute nadir of arguing with other leftists on twitter & it’s going up against stalin apologists who use the defense “well, *i’m* queer & i forgive stalin for criminalizing homosexuality, it was a popularly supported law & every other country had something like it. he was just following the trend of the times, you can’t blame him”
like, ok you self-hating twisted piece of shit, i’m impressed by your mental gymnastics, but fuck that. i don’t know what *your* experience was growing up queer in an intolerant society, but it sure as hell didn’t make me any less miserable and resentful towards the government that discrimination against queers was “popularly supported” by the majority of our citizens & other countries’ governments. actually, it kind of made it *worse* since i’d hoped to live under a government that protects the rights of marginalized minorities.
i am also willing to bet this twat wouldn’t use *that* argument to excuse the homophobic policies of an *american* president.
anyway, i’m so grossed out by this argument i’m going to stop butting into stalin discussions on twitter unless i’m absolutely sure i can end the discussion by tweeting a selfie in my tito shirt

Only thing I missed was that now I can't see find tweets that point to specific articles or laugh at whatever memes that are posted...
Then I discovered an open-source, no login necessary front to twitter and things are right again.
