Onyx: Yeah, last I checked, they're playing in their room.
Luzbel: Good. So, you wish to know my deepest pain? Well...millions of years ago, back when I was young, I was what you may call a nervous wreck. I was painfully shy and didn't have many friends other than my brother Elohim, and my friends Thor, Loki, and Hades. Hades...he was my mentor, and he was my best friend. As I grew up, I developed feelings for him, and we...got together. *pauses and looks at Onyx* Are you okay with listening to this?
Onyx: I don't mind at all, Luz. I'm just glad you're opening up.
Luzbe: Alright. This next part may come as a surprise to you, but a few months into our relationship, I became...pregnant. Everyone in the Skylands was so happy for me and Hades...except for my brother. He constantly pressured me to get rid of it and leave Hades, but I refused. Then, one day, Hades...proposed to me, asking that I come with him to the Underworld and become his king. We left that night, and after our daughter Syna was born, I married Hades and we ruled the Underworld together.
Everything was great for a few million years...until Hades met Persephone while I was away on a trip. When I came back and found out, I was furious with him, furious that he had become so desperate to have company that he would chase after someone else when I wasn't there. He kept apologizing to me and tried to explain himself, but I was too angry...and heartbroken...to listen. But eventually, I came around and Persephone only stayed for half of the year, and soon me and Hades had another child, a son named Kiyo.
Then, about...oh, I don't know, the year 320 AD, I think...I'd had enough of my brother's control over mortals, so I lured him away from Heaven and...killed him. I felt so proud of myself for finally getting rid of him, but when I came back, Hades had found out and was furious with me. *he trembles slightly* We argued and fought for what felt like hours...until I realized that Hades didn't need me anymore. So I left.
*he's silent for a minute, with Onyx holding his hand* ...There. You got your answer. Are you happy now?

Onyx: O-oh! Uh...w-well, we, um... *his face and the tips of his hood turn red*
Luzbel: *snickers at the look on Onyx's face* You alright there, mi serpiente?
Onyx: Huh? Oh, y-yeah, I'm fine, I just...wasn't expecting that one.
Luzbel: Neither was I. And no, we're not married. Just two beings who are in a relationship and live together. Frankly, I'm not very interested in marriage, especially considering my—... *he catches himself almost revealing his deepest pain and regains composure* Anyway, I hope that answers it.

Konza: That's right, I am! I like to study stuff about birds and bacteria, they've always been interesting to me. And accessories? I always wear this leather band that Ivory gave me one time when we were picking up a package for our friend Balam. And we did watch TV back in the cottage, but not anymore now that we live with Luzbel and Onyx, so we just listen to the radio. I know Ivory really likes that adventure show she listens to all the time.

Ivory: Bombardier's...not around anymore...he passed on a few months ago...
Konza: As for how he adopted us, he found Ivory alone in the forest and adopted me from an orphanage as an egg after the prairie fires.

Since I'm too lazy to do a comic response, here's some text:
Onyx: Oh, geez, it's been a while since I've thought this far back...
Luzbel: Do you want to tell the story or should I?
Onyx: No, no, I'll tell it. We met about six years ago, back when I was just a singer at a fancy club. I was pretty famous, and it was nice havin' that fame. But one night, while I was going home after one of my biggest shows, I was confronted by a couple...acquaintances. I'd made a deal with them some time ago and they wanted their money, but after they got it they decided I needed to be...punished. Just as they were about to lunge at me, Luzbel came out of nowhere and snapped their necks. After he saved me, we made a deal so that he would help me rule the Inkwell Isles, become a king, in exchange for my soul. Of course, he would only take it after I died, so I get to keep it for the time being.
Luzbel: That's right.
Onyx: Not only that, he was flirting with me the whole time.
Luzbel: What can I say? I like a handsome face~
