Me when I cook for jungkook and he doesn't make "that face" while eating my food:
Like what's the point of going into the kitchen now.. 💔
And especially the fact that there’s such a fine line between if he hates it and if he loves it 。:゚(;´∩`;)゚:。
REMINDER!! if jungkook doesn't look like he ready to fight then the food is not hitting
I made some cupcakes and no one liked them 😂🤣😭
LMAOOOOOOOO noooo i wish i could taste your cupcakes i bet they were yum 😭😭
jungkook's face when he loves the food:
jungkook's face when he hates the food:
I wish I could go back in time and do it all over again, better this time, more patient, kinder and wiser. I wish I didn’t regret so much. All the time I wasted wallowing in fear, anger, selfishness, hypocrisy. I wish it never would’ve spilled out onto anyone but myself. I wish I wish I wish

Woooosahhhh #mentalhealthcheck
I know we've all had a moment where we have to just sit back and take deep breaths and woooosaaahhhh and exhale.
Work has had me utilizing my woosaahhh muscles non-stop for the past few weeks and I've found myself having to give myself pep-talks to get myself to come back from lunch lol. As an HR professional, I have learned that lots of times, I am a Psychiatrist for the organization. While this line of work I feel is my calling, it can be completely draining and taxing on my mental health. I think my biggest problem is that I love people - I love people so much that I will do whatever it takes to make sure my people are happy. I will listen to them complain about the world around them until my ears bleed - then, I carry this dark cloud around with me for the rest of the days. In learning how to deal with such issues, I have redirected myself to declutter my thoughts and align myself with myself before I go crazy. Learning how to get myself from clutter ---> clarity is so important for my mental health.
One of the most important things I have found is that in order to get to that point of clarity I have to disconnect. I am the person that will completely power off and step away from everyone/thing to make sure I'm good. It's so important to disconnect to get yourself closer to yourself and recharge. When I join the world again after a disconnect, I feel so recharged and alive as if you had a few redbulls! Think about it, when was the last time you took a few hours to yourself to unplug from whatever is draining your power bank?
Since my 'grown up' life has gotten so mentally taxing, I have now adopted meditation in to my daily life. Meditation is such a simple yet life-transforming skill that can help ehance your self-awareness and allow you to get spiritually connected so you can clear any mental, spiritual emotional clutter. Meditation is really just extended thought, contemplation and reflection. It's so important to engage in deep thoughts as our thoughts mold our actions on a daily basis.
It is easy for someone who has never meditated to feel awkward when doing this for extended amounts of time - I initially started with 5 minutes which really was just like 1 complete minute due to not being able to mentally unplug. I'll tell you, my experience with this was diffifcult but it was so necessary to me - in a super busy world, it can be extemely hard to sit still and breathe. You might feel sleepy or silly while doing this but it's important to focus on your breathing and allow yourself to let go..
Few tips:
1. Find the perfect location: It is important to find a quiet spot - free from clutter, distractions and noise. Make sure it's comfortable. Just sit down, relax and place your hands on your legs - if you cannot sit Indian-style, sit in a chair as comfort is #1 in my opinion. If you are not comfortable, you will not be able to release.
2. Breathe slowly and deeply: close your eyes and begin by taking a few long deep breaths - inhailing through your nose and exhailing through your mouth. Take as long as you need to get the rythm of your breaths to align with the thoughts in yur head. Don't force it, just let it happen.
3. Be aware: When focusing on your breaths it's easy to become calmer and more aligned with your thoughts. Remember to pay close attention to each breath - pay attention as you breathe in and breathe out. If you find your attention straying away from your thoughts, gently bring it back. This may happen several times but don't be discouraged. As you develop greater focus power, you will find it easier to concentrate.
Whilist meditating, I love to picture myself on a cliff and I like to visualize my thoughts and watch them drift away in to the abyss. This makes the process of 'letting go' so much easier for me because I can actually 'see' it. I also take notes of any words, phrases or thoughts that came to me while in this state of mental relaxation. I believe these things are major keys to success #nodjkhaled.
Have you ever tried meditation? How has this helped you?
I'm crying guys 😭🤣🤣🤣🤣😭😭🤣
