Welcome to another full day of eating video! I am currently trying to lean out a little bit while also maintaining my health as the biggest priority in order to prepare for phalloplasty in June. I am officially two months away! Hopefully you find this video helpful, feel free to leave any questions down below! 

RAD-140 (Testolone) is THE ultra popular SARM. It is very good at boosting levels of natural testosterone up to 40% !! By doing so, it will give your body the opportunity to build more lean tissues a lot faster. It is super safe and will even help protecting the prostate.

LGD-4033 (Ligandrol) is pretty new on the market and let me tell you first that it is also the strongest one. For a non-steroidal as SARM is, you can expect big results. Lean mass gains and a lot of strength. With mostly no side effect, you can take it for 8 weeks. Do not exceed this amount of weeks as some suppression might appear.

Ostarine (aka MK-2866) is known mostly for it's ability to increase endurance en strength. It will also give a lean mass augmentation, but it is not where it perform the most. It is side effect free. It is very good also during cutting to keep lean mass and shred the fat.

MK-677 (Ibutamoren) is often compared to GHRP-6 (peptide). But the big difference is, as a SARM, MK-677 is taken orally instead of injection. It will give you more appetite but you will process food differently and will lose fat tissues and increase lean mass. It also have the ability to heal injuries (bones, tendons, ligaments...).
