Both Enola and Lenore dread the LCB-LCI meetings but have different guys there that they hate . Enola doesnāt want to see Sherlock because sheās . Hiding from him and Mycroft . Lenore doesnāt want to see Dupin because . Probably really awkward to talk to the guy who investigated your death
thinkign about Akechi again . I feel like heās similar to Dupin where heād rather be doing whatever he was doing prior to the LCI, but heās not as . idk petty? as Dupin is . Like Dupin doesnāt interact/cooperate because he thinks heās better than everyone and doesnāt want to waste his time with a ālesserā job. Akechi also thinks heās better than the others and that his previous work was better but he doesnāt put that in the way of his current job. He doesnāt interact with the others much to begin with either but itās more just not seeing a purpose in doing so rather than due to any contempt.
Thinking about the LCI and . I donāt know where Dupinās narrator would fit . Holmes gets Watson so Iād feel bad if Dupin didnāt have his assistant guy. Watsonās in a role comparable to Vergilius but. Iām not sure where Dupinās narrator could go? I want him to be involved Somehow though

Thinking about Dupin and. While im not sure of the intensity of it/if he shows it or not, I do think heād have at least a bit of resentment towards being in the LCI. Because I feel like the equivalent of Murders in the Rue Morgue being one of the first detective stories would be Dupin being a really successful and high ranking fixer/investigator before being dragged into the LCI, and not even as the manager or anything, just a regular detective.
