Don't mind me but I just realized that I barely see any headless horseman whumpee OR caretaker. It's mostly the headless horseman whumper. Just saying this cuz I have a headless horseman oc who happened to be a hero instead of a villain.
First of all, that's really cool that your character is a hero. Secondly, I could see a headless caretaker type as a guardian of some dangerous road or treacherous swamp. Whatever bandits lurk along that road would never think to hunt a rider with no head. But that also gives the headless rider--wether male or female π--the ability to catch them unawares. But of course the question lingers: was this rider once a rogue themselves? Cut down by lawmen or hung by a trapping noose when their mount passed too close to the lowered branch? Or was this rider the champion of the law, sworn to succeed in death where they were foiled in life? Now to the swamp, here one could have a lot more fun with what creature this headless rider is astride upon. A python? A vicious reptile? Or perhaps a creature of equal myth and tragedy as this headless being. Did the rider lose to this creature during their life? Are they now bound it? As the creature consumed their mind, are they the eternal master of its soul? Do they work in unison to protect? Or are they in constant struggle, torn between primal appetite and exalted purpose? Anyway, yeah, really cool idea, these tragic headless riders. I think Tumblr should do more with this, anon π.

β΅ Stern in adjudicators, Arthur is fiercely devoted to upholding his moral code, and embrace mortals capable of assessing and handling threats, enforcing laws and traditions, and punishing transgressors;
β΅ Arthur is a man physically in his early 30s with short night black hair, darker violet eyes, he has a lanky, yet muscular stature his height being 5'11"(1,80m), he could be described as handsome man with dornish features, Arthur has two stiles of clothing, his traditional Banu Haqim garments of which he uses when he is doling out his punishment, clothes with vail and face covering, but also wearing more relax clothes when not in service of his creed, like jeans, t-shirt and coats, of varying colours but nothing too crazy;
β΅ Coming from the warrior caste of his clan, he has extensive knowledge of how to work with different weapons, and also having being a very deadly swordsman in his human life, yet as a Kindred Arthur, works with swords and guns, but usually he prefers knifes;
β΅ Arthur has more friends than most Kindreds have, but the person who is closest to who is not from his kin, was Rhaegar, he came to be friends with the Hecata clansman after they meet in the middle of one of the wars some years prior, he was pulled towards Rhaegar because of the valyrians code of honour, and shy demeanour;
β΅ Arthur is called by many names: Arthur Dayne ( most people ), Sword of the Morning ( enemies ), Saracens ( enemies ), Desertman ( enemies ), Art ( friends );
