So straight forward but so yummy! Mmmm... The Red Snapper with Smoked Tomato Butter served over Crawfish Pilaf was the pièce de résistance. Fish was cooked perfectly & served over a very flavorful rice with melt in your mouth #louisianacrawfish. The butter sauce just gilded the lily.
