She was clay in his hands and he was the master manipulator who saw that she was yearning for power and gave it to her. Alicent sees that Aemond is yearning for affection and she lets him take it. Larys has literally modeled her after himself, and now she can so easily and without hesitation manipulate Aemond just as well. The difference is that Alicent knew she was being used, but Aemond doesn’t.

I think in this scene she is more disgusted with herself and with what she has become than with the actual kiss
