I’m getting back into things and want to get a few armor pieces that I can build several outfits from, but I’m a little lost on sources for good quality armor/clothing.
Where does everyone get their thick leather belts and waist cincher (??) pieces from? The leather pieces that wrap around your middle?
And what is the name usually used for the below piece of cosplay that sits on one’s hips? I’ve seen them in a few inspo pics and think they’d be especially useful but I’m not sure on the terminology??
Also, if anyone has any hacks/lists/YouTube they would suggest for someone (re)starting out, I’d gift you my eternal gratitude and an elixir of your choice.
Some progress as I worked on my outfit for Winterheart (our in world holiday event). The leather shoulder piece (based off a wheel of time design) has been so much damn little detail work but its finally about 60-70% done ;-;
