Today I was back to work after a 4 day weekend. Today we went to the school that's a half hour away so at least it was a steady transition into the week.

We hit one of the schools on our way there and the mower got stuck for a bit in a particularly wet area

Yeah the boss man wasn't too thrilled to hear about that.

Throughout the day I continued to listen to Yumi and the Nightmare Painter. It's been a hot minute since I listened to the book so it's good to give it a re listen.

When I got home I finished my first attack on Art Fight. The person I attacked was my girlfriend and she really enjoyed it. Afterwards I called her and sang to her the happy birthday song and I can basically hear her blush over the phone.

Overall today was a wonderful day.

I finished my re-read of Tress of The Emerald Sea and started a re-read of Yumi and the Nightmare Painter while I waited for my turn for the next Mistborn book from the library. It pretty good I did remember too much from the and am excited to see what happens. The only downside is I do landscaping in the hot sun and the description of Yumi's hot planet is not very helpful to take my mind off that.

At work today two of the managers are pretty close so we had pizza to celebrate.

I had my Institute of Religion class that day and while I waited for the doors to open I just laid down on the shady grass for awhile. During class I am finally able to get some work done on my OC's art to submit to are fighting. My girlfriend is really pumped about it and already finished her first attack and started working on another during the class.

After the class my girlfriend shared her leftover bread sticks with me and we made plans for our next date. After she left I caught up with some friends

Overall today was pretty good.

So last Wednesday I continued listening to Mistborn and had about 4 hours left.

Today I got paid and was really happy. This may sound weird but I was really excited to go to the bank and pay my tithing (tithing is where you pay 10% of all money you earn and pay it to the Lord). I felt really good to withdraw that money, I truly am grateful for the Lord, if it went from Him I wouldn't have had this money in the first place.

I had my Institute of Religion Class and I talked with my girlfriend a bunch, and caught up with one of my friends. This friend is always going to be one of my players and talked a tad about the campaign.

At work we also trimmed some trees at one of the elementary schools.

I now have enough people to start a DND Campaign. I have 4 good friends who are able to join the campaign and where setting up when we will do our Session 0.

When I got home and made some pasta

Any whozlel today was pretty good.
