The bathroom most likely has mold. The air conditioning definitely does but alas, my previous experiences with contacting this woman have been nothing but cruel.

if your landlords shitty you should be allowed to kill them and then you own the property you were renting from them. this should also make it so that everyone who was renting from that landlord owns the properties they rented/lived in.
it should encourage landlords to be more useful than they are a burden so they dont get fucking killed :D
