📿Focused meditation using mantras or affirmations are used to change and calibrate your personal vibration to the same frequency as Divinity, or a particular emanation of Divinity. Vibrating at the same frequency as a particular emanation of Divinity means your petitions to that Divinity are more likely to manifest and will be more powerful.✨🌈

For example, a practice that repeats recitations of a short prayer to Archangel Michael, by you performing such a practice your rituals engaging and invoking Archangel Michael will be that much more powerful then if you were not. This is because you are developing a relationship with the energy or emanation.🐚🌸

Often prayer beads or mala are used in order to keep count of the Mantra or affirmation. Mantra ~ Man means mind// tra means tool ... a Mantra is the tool of the mind in order to raise your vibration.🌛🌝🌜

🐉To adapt this concept consider what you can commit too ... perhaps a daily practice of 108 mantras ( which is a typical number on a mala) ~ however smaller beads can be made by stringing them together. 7 for the Chakras. 12 for the zodiac signs. Pick a number that resonates with you to begin. Thumb the beads daily with the recitation as you touch each bead. When you feel the end knot of the cord you know you have completed. This practice charges your beads with a potent vibration of their own and can then equally be carried as their own talisman 🧿...........🐉🌚🦚
