This is Lakorr Smokedancer, from the old Smoke ash warband, I call him the King of the Desert

He was a retired ash legion soldier that went to Elona during the PoF events to get the feeling of being useful again, but he fell to Joko's forces and got awakened. After Joko's demise, he was free to roam the desert as an awaken charr, and he took over a village in the sands to become a tyrant and their new king. Now he reigns with an iron fist and doesn't care about his loyal subjects well-being as long as he has control over them

The drawing was inspired by the cover of Jonathan Young and Caleb Hyles of the song The Plages from the Prince of Egypy, when I heard it I inmediatly pictured this image, and I knew I had to draw it asap. It took me a couple days, but there it is
