(it's converted non-lamb lovers into folks asking for seconds - no joke!) .... - this breed of sheep is smaller in size. A whole lamb will easily fit in a top freezer with some room to spare for other things. .... - we are absolutely committed to whole animal use. What our customers do not want, we make sure to put to good use (we're talking everything from organ meat to the skull)! ....
