Idle Rich and Anna De Town, two itenerant trans vaudevillians who worked too blue for vaudeville. They landed themselves in the seedy burlesque circuit where they would meet and become surrogate parents to Lady Rampart in her younger days.
Early alternative Lady Rampart design
The Atlas Tower, center of trade and commerce in Epicropolis, the Atlas looms large as the tallest skyscraper in the city. It also happens to loom over city hall, both in terms of its literal shadow and the influence those who deal within hold over government and policy.
