Honestly, while I did look up and research 98% of the items on the list to make sure I had all the correct information, some of them were just from experience. 

I find that if I don’t trim, more sweat and natural discharge and blood (during periods) gets caught in the hair and the smell is worse. When I keep it trimmed, it’s far less noticeable and much easier to clean. So that one was just my personal experience.

Just facts: Bacteria from sweat does cause odor, and the genital area is one of the sweatier parts of the body. Natural discharge has bacteria that, among it’s many other functions, causes smell. Blood, obviously, smells.

I mean, really, cleanliness is what you want to strive for, obviously. Like I said, I just have found it easier when I trim.

It's a clay heat pad that you can put on your tummy. You can get it at walmart or target, probably a pharmacy as well. Just heat it up in the microwave for about a minute and it's ready to go. It feels really nice and it soothes the cramps a bit. You can wear it under a big hoodie and just walk around the house and nobody should probably notice. and if they do what does it even matter, you have a tummy warmer and they don't.
