I don't know what to say. We can keep waiting for an official word from them but I don't know if that will come. They didn't even make a post about server maintenance so they seem to be avoiding social media.

I don't need a long winded statement, just:

"No Valko is gone"

"Valko is coming later"

"We're working on things"

Now I haven't logged in since the announcement, but now it's going around that not only has Xavier's WU story been removed, but also the "Catch 22" (another widely debated drop from LADS) outfits have been altered.

This is what we've been talking about! If they (whomever they were/are) could do something like that, that big of a scale and get a highly anticipated character canceled, what's stopping them from removing an existing character? And now we see it with Xavier's World Underneath chapter.

Now I've never read it (too lazy), but that's honestly where I think the hate should have been directed to begin with! (This is not me saying that Xavier should have been canceled or his chapter) Not Valko! And apparently, Infold/LADS had twice over tried to fix this issue but yet it popped up again with Valko.

From what I've been reading and take this as you will, after the initial backlash they had gotten from 731, they changed it to 611, both claimed by the company that were at random and both claimed by fans, antis and everyone else in between that were done on purpose to reference and make light of two horrible events (WWII and if I'm not mistaken a horrible plane crash). It had then been changed to "Subject A" but now has been totally removed.

Now I will say this, you as a company located in China should be aware of these things, random or not. Like, for an example (this is an example! Don't attack me!) If a company wanted to use the numbers 911 for anything, they are expected not to due to the weight of the event/numbers, and if they really wanted to, they'd need to do so with care. Or another good example of this is the usage of the red cross. I don't know about other countries but you can't use it over here in America, hence why you normally see a green cross or a white cross with a red background for injured players or meds kits and whatnot. These things are looked over by teams of workers, yet no one caught the initial 731 and the weight it might hold?

Now on to the outfit changes. Honestly, I couldn't care less. They weren't deleted, so I see no problem. Now I don't have pics to show, but I've seen the changes already and to me, they're miniscule. All the numbers, and roman numerals have been either removed, blurred with what looks like what would happen if you used the liquify tool on them, or replaced with "gibberish". I've seen speculation of LADS now trying to make their own alphabet/numeric system, which is cool to me, but the changes to me don't look bad.

Also, can we talk about the weight of tattooed numbers and barcodes? Especially on people? Now I don't know about other people but I've always been told to never do it. That if I were to ever get a tattoo never do numbers or barcodes. Dates are fine, but the other two are a no.

The guys most likely had their "serial" or "subject" numbers tattooed on them, which at the time of the drop never occurred to me, but now I can see might be an issue and or insensitive. The removal/edited over these numbers does nothing to the integrity of the outsfits, they're not ruined, and we should honestly be happy they weren't removed altogether along with the cards.

But this, as it always did, reached far beyond Valko. If this is the aftermath of the "Valko" situation, what does this say for the future of the game? Because let's be honest, there's no more "normal" for this game. There's no going back to how how things were. That was totally obliterated with what's happened these past eight days. But if they can, will, and or have to change things fron the past, present and the futer to appease these people, what's gonna happen to future of this game?

Future events? Future cards? Future MS updates and character updates? What will happen to those? Will the guys be watered down to shells of their former selves? Will we not get anymore spicy banners? What about darker banners like the "Catch 22" banner? Will those never see the light again?

This is what we were talking about. Silencing the Global hunters in favor of this hate (im not blaming the company for receiving that scale of hate. No one deserves that), gave the haters the okay, and the global hunters confirmation. This opened the can of worms that nobody wanted and created a domino effect that no one wanted and now everyone has to pay the price.

We may not go back to that "normal" but I do hope things get waaaaay better soon.

Side note, the incomming update is huuuuge! Fans are saying that it's too big just for our kitchen update. Removing Xavier's WU and editing outfits shouldn't be that big and just the house features shouldn't be that big. Y'know, since Valko is supposedly canceled and there no way they could just drop the next MS chapter without him, because an edit like that would be far too quick.

Fans are speculating that maybe they pushed Caleb's and Sylus' chapters, but that too wouldn't make sense as it was said to drop in September, two months away. There's no way they could have rushed the completion of not one, but two chapters with all of this going on. This could also mean that they were already finished and just sitting in a drive somewhere? But that too doesn't make sense because if Valko influenced those chapters, they'd have to redo them and these eight chaotic days are far too short.

I'm hoping and praying that we're still getting Valko and that we'll see something tomorrow morning or tomorrow night. (If he's a side character or somehow replaced, LI or side character, Ima riot and then quit)

i mean, we don’t have any idea what’s going on behind the scenes. Infold removed ALL of the posters from the front of HQ—not just Valko’s. are they moving? shutting down? are we getting the rumored two month hiatus?

is the government actually involved? what’s the ceo saying? are the developers fighting for us? are they LISTENING?

regardless of what the outcome of this situation is, i really wish they would just communicate with the fanbase. we deserve to know what’s happening.
