Since you also have DC OCs (who are really awesome and I love hearing about) I’ll talk about some of mine!

First up, Amanda Arctini/Tiger Moth:

-Her last name isn’t actually Arctini. Arctinii is the scientific name for a tribe of tiger moths, she just 1. REALLY LIKES MOTHS Y’ALL and 2. doesn’t want there to be ANY way to be traced back to her bio dad. Her real last name is Kearney and she never wants to hear it ever again, thank you very much

Doria/Ladova:

-I talked about it a little but I should expand on their ‘magic’

they don’t really have control over it, it’s VERY localized ‘wild’ magic. If you get scratched by their right hand deeply enough to draw blood, it’ll enter your bloodstream and have a random effect. Sometimes it’s mild like ‘you start floating a few feet off the ground’ but sometimes it’s some freaky shit like ‘plants start growing inside you’ or ‘you just start fucking melting’

Here’s Doria, in her Ladova costume! Obviously there’s limitations to the designs I could do, so let me clear up some stuff

-she’s not gonna have a fuckin batsymbol. idk WHAT she’ll have on there instead, but yeah. Also it’s super hard to tell, but they’re purple, like her lipstick

-the LEGO style means she’s just sort of holding the claws here, but they’re defo part of her hands. they’re sorta fused into her fingers in a rlly fucked-up way. That’s what happens when you’re a genetic experiment, bay-bee!!!

-her hands only glow when she’s SUPER FUCKIN PISSED. the blue hand manifests ice powers, the magenta is magic

-her hair (and thus also her tail haha) are dyed. They’re a few shades lighter than the suit. She’s actually a redhead, she doesn’t dye her eyebrows

-she’s a HUNK of a woman, and she’s 6′3″. she big. she’s not quite body-builder-esque, more husky in the way pro lifters and wrestlers are

-she does NOT have cat-ears, but she DOES have sharp canine teeth!

-the reason the legs of the costume are Like That is bc Harley helped design the costume, and she’s NOT gonna change that aspect

Some villains call Doria a turncoat, but Harley’ll set em straight

She’s generally pretty upbeat, and she loves playing mild pranks.

Sometimes, her magic will go wonky and as long as it’s nothing serious she’ll laugh about it.

After making their grand escape, the first person they came across was Harley, who had just left Joker(again). Harley helped with the Ladova outfit, and also taught Doria how to dye their hair. And it turns out, their genetically modified dog gets along really well with Bud and Lou, so they have puppy play dates!

In exchange, Doria helped Harley do crime, and Harls ended up introducing her to the greater rogues gallery. But Doria doesn’t really like hurting people, and their powerset doesn’t lend itself to being sneaky, so eventually she mostly dropped out of the villain game except to back up her friends. Eddie has her come help set up traps and in exchange he makes them dinner.

After that, she tried out being a hero! She figured that if she had powers, she might as well use them for good. But that didn’t work out very well. They have some stress management issues, and if they get overwhelmed she sort of slips into a berserker rage, plus her powerset is more geared toward lethality than subduing. 

In the end, she mostly just uses her powers for personal things, and just lives in her apartment and goes to her minimum wage job. She doesn’t blend in, like at all, she has physical telltales that betray her as being a super/mutant, but the citizens of Gotham mostly know to keep their mouths shut.
