backstory

hello there! i’m jossilyn (yes, with two s’s—blame my odd parents). i could take you all the way back to their meet-cute in mexico, but let’s skip the rom-com and fast-forward a bit. they got married in 1970, started building our little chaos-filled clan with milo in ’72, then carlos in ’75, me in ’78, and finally manuel in ’81. time passed. life happened. and then—magic (literally). one day, a letter arrived for milo. sealed with a crest none of us recognized, promising a world none of us imagined. our parents freaked out, of course. but with enough persistence (and dramatic flair), milo was off to hogwarts. then carlos. and eventually… me. and well, that’s the story—at least the beginning of it.
