I didn’t believe people when they said puppies are like a newborn baby. We’ve had him since Saturday, and have yet to get a nights sleep. To top that off he point blank refuses to use his puppy pads and bites anything and everything in sight because he’s teething. I’d just like to confirm the statement, and add that puppies are probably slightly more work than a newborn given the fact you don’t chase a baby around a room at 5am with a puppy pad, nor do they jump up at the side of your bed in the middle of the night in hopes of waking you to be picked up or be brought outside to meet the two other dogs. He unfortunately doesn’t understand he’s house bound until his injections kick in. But despite all that, I can also confirm that your annoyance will very quickly dissipate when they give you the side eye of their own annoyance at been given out to while still scooting into you for a cuddle. Archie has this gift that he was obviously blessed with of having sad eyes making it absolutely impossible to stay mad at him. He’s hyper & stubborn - but he’s also the most lovable little creature. Dogs are literally a gift the world doesn’t deserve 🐶 @aoifejanemurtagh
