I was wondering if I can make a kvass. ChatGPT says you have to use non iodized salt, which is not the salt I have. I ask if this is a problem, it says yes and proposes the following solution: wash the excess iodine, by dissolving less salt in more water, then let sit for a while and then filter (or even strain?)
