it is commonly said that my city has the second biggest number of polish people in the world outside poland besides chicago (like i have heard that are about half a million people with polish heritage here - about 30% of the population) and because of that, everyone here calls white people with blond hair and green/blue eyes of “polish”, even though if they have another heritage. and it is quite funny, because some days ago an uncle of mine that hasn’t seen me in ages told me that he thought some years ago that when i grew up i’d be a big polish but no, here i am still being a level 1 polish
