Hi!

I'm late, but I'll never forget about making Chris' annual birthday video! 🎂

I haven't been around a lot, so I'll need all your help to reach as many fans as possible to participate in this!

I've been doing this for the last 10 years: choosing a theme and asking people who love him to participate and wish him a happy bday, putting together messages from his fans from all countries and ages, all brought together by him.

This year I decided we need to spread extra love and positivity, things are really tough right now for many communities that are facing growing injustice and erasure.

That theme will be:

"Happy Birthday, Chris – Standing Strong for Every Voice"

Chris is a powerful advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights and mental health awareness, making a lasting impact through his role on Glee, his support to causes and his books that uplift marginalized voices and champion self-acceptance.

I'd love for you to send a short video sharing your support, love, or personal message for any cause that matters to you, inspired by Chris and his legacy. Let’s stand together as the beautiful community he created, against hate and to uplift those who are being silenced. Let's help create hope and change.

You'll have to submit TWO PARTS, so you have to send either 2 videos or 2 pics, one for each part!

➡️1)I want you to share you support to any cause, minority, community that matters to you, specifying how it is inspired by Chris, his work, legacy and activism.

You can:

-🎥 record a video of yourself telling about it. Video lenght: max 20 seconds

OR

-📸 write down your love and support message on a cardboard, take a pic of the cardboard with yourself in it if you want. Pic: max 3 lines sentence

->the video can be of yourself talking, appearing or just showing the cardboar if you're camera shy,

->the pic can be of yourself with the writing, or just the writing

➡️2) I want you to wish him a HAPPY BIRTHDAY and THANK HIM for the inspiration he gave you to spread love and support

As above, you can:

- 🎥 film yourself wishing him a happy birthday and thank him

OR

-📸 write down the birthday wish on a cardboard and the thank you, and take a pic with yourself in it if you want.

TIPS!

->Write in BIG letters, take the pic/video in good lighting!

->PLEASE WRITE IN YOUR HANDWRITING to make it more personal!

->Please DON'T PUT BACKGROUND MUSIC in the videos, if it's copyrighted it will be muted on YouTube!
