We've seen rather clearly that the Phantomhive servants are incredibly incompetent when it comes to actual domestic work, but at the same time, Ciel and Sebastian often leave for weeks or months at a time, with the servant staying home, and they somehow manage to do just fine without Sebastian there to help them.

Now, I have no idea who came up with the Michaelis/mikari derivation, especially since itās from the second season of the anime. But it puts a different spin on Michaelis than the usual āof godā variations that Iāve been seeing of late.
