Clean arts for the 1⭐ cards in TCG Pocket!
Sword x Shield - Tower of Waters
In the canon timeline, we only had access to the DLC in the post-game. I did like the Crown Tundra, but I LOVED the Isle of Armor - an honest-to-goodness beach that isn’t covered in ice lol, a cool dojo with a funny old shifu right out of a kungfu movie, & a plot that really talks to my history as a martial artist (been on/off practicing since I was 4 - long story 😅).
However, I didn’t really get to bond with little Yang (Kubfu) here as much as I wanted - I loved him, but post-game Ansy didn’t have to take much time or work getting him to lv.70, then off we went to the Tower of Waters with a Mystic Water she gifted him.💧
Not like I am in this AU run I’m doing when I’m not working on DxP REWRITE, & will 100% make something on the side - prob gonna do it kinda like that one-shot Another Past AU: profile & comic pages (but more of them!) in 1-2 posts. 🥋🌊
Beautiful idea just occurred to me

Long time no post! Reuploading my 2024 zine piece for Route 63 Vol. 1, with the theme "Pokemon in the Philippines".
----
I wanted to depict a piece of my childhood, and something that always felt so "Filipino" to me is "Buwan ng Wika" held every August in schools in the Philippines to celebrate local culture.
Here's a bunch of the Pokemon protagonists doing a "Sabayang Pagbigkas" performance. Can you guess the irl reference why they were chosen? 🤔
