Oh okay so the Empire magazine is out and I peered at the screenshots to read them as well as I could and they discussed Loki’s IW death and Tom’s apparent “I’ve made peace with this” feelings on it, which is fine, but -

In the interest of being curious as fuck, if anyone who enjoys that scene and truly thinks it’s both a) good writing and b) a fitting end to Loki’s character would like to engage in a Conversation with me, please feel free. I really, really want to know.

Bc I, personally, do not agree with what Tom’s saying here, and I have a feeling if I go off and say so, there’s going to be some jackasses in this fandom who are like, “Um that scene was great and Tom was pleased with it so what’s your issue stop whining” - please, put your meta where your mouth is. Be prepared to cite your sources (cause I am). I openly welcome the civil (nay, friendly?) debate.

EDIT: PS if you are able to include excerpts from the article that’d be great, I don’t have a copy.
