Lord of the blessed isles who presides over the heroes of old,

King of Elysium,

King of the Golden Age,

May you reign forever, lord of time and the harvest. May you remind us we can serve ourselves, as you served after you slew your father.

Khairete, lord of the Kronia, where kings become slaves and slaves become Kings.

Immortal resources, personification of time and age. Chronos whom bred with his boundless coils Aither, he of boundless death and time I call to you and speak within time. Come forth as I thank you for the time I have and experienced.

Great hunter of the underworld, honored underneath Nyx (night), horn wearer, and strong I call to the second Dionysus [Zagreus] for his continuation in guidance and praise. Zagreus, prince of the underworld and god of the Orphic Mysteries, I call to you from a place of wanting wisdom and knowledge underneath your domains, thank you for your tradition and the religious guidance you give

I've been away, working on a few things lately that I plan to post about soon.. But for now... HAPPY SOLSTICE AND YULE TO ALL WHO CELEBRATE! 🥳

I wanted to share how I plan to celebrate this season so here it is below! (And feel free to share how you plan to celebrate too!):

Days of Dusk

A process to honor the ending of the year, a new cycle dying and being born anew. During this time, I honor the deities I work closest with as well that would like to be included and feel most connected with this time of death & renewal.

I honor Hades, the King of Death & Rebirth. I honor Kronos/Khronos/Saturn, the Lord of Time and Change. I honor Lucifer, the Lightbringer and King of Hell.

11 days, lasting from Dec. 21st to Jan. 1st, each day, during the night, candles will be lit, honoring the deities involved, and a meditation that focuses on letting the past burdens go, letting death (not literally) occur, and letting all things that have hurt go. Performing deep cleansing over the soul, processing and accepting the past.

Jan. 1st - Day of Twilight

The day in between, a celebration of both the end and the beginning!

This day, both Hades and Persephone are honored. Khronos, especially, is honored. And Lucifer, the Morningstar and King of Hell is honored.

During this day, a longer period of meditation and prayer is done, along with an act of devotional writing commemorating this cycle of change and death & rebirth.

Days of Dawn

A process to honor the beginning of the year, a new cycle beginning and renewed. As said above, the deities I am closest to and are closest to this time and to death & renewal, are honored during this time.

I honor Persephone, the Queen of Death/Rebirth and Spring. I honor Kronos/Khronos/Saturn, the Lord of Time and Change. I honor Lucifer, (especially) the Morningstar.

- wear a pocket watch or wrist watch

- watch a history documentary

- read up on time theory, and the concept of non linear time

- watch a movie or show about time travel

- keep a wall or mantle clock in your room

- keep a balanced and healthy schedule

- don’t spend too much time awake, cut out time for sleep!

- brush your teeth using an hour glass to count the time

- set alarms and timers on your ovens and microwaves

- learn about historical patterns and study your own, this is a good way to grow and change!

- reminisce over old family photo albums or camera rolls

- watch an antique film or listen to vintage or classical music

Kronos + Time by Pink Floyd

Study the time: take the time to sit down and think, what is time, space-time, what scientific theories are there about it? Kronos loves science, especially Stephen Hawking (I know from the pendulum). Study theories of time that have scientific evidence.

Study about Black Holes. Do some research on them, since they are a space-time paradox. Analyze them, you can even do it in their company. He loves science!

In general, learn about science, how things work. Also study history, philosophy, since history what has happened in the time of mankind, and philosophy, the thought of mankind in their respective times and eras. He studies the behavior of the planets, the ability for alternate universes to exist, science theories such as String Theory, the displacement of the planets. Cronos is a lover of everything that has to do with acquiring knowledge.

Learn about diplomacy, get involved in the politics of your country, get to know your rulers, their laws and if they benefit EVERYONE. Don't let your ruler be a racist piece of crap. Remember that Kronos ruled during the Golden Age where everyone was equal. Learn, inform yourself about politics, and above all, VOTE FOR THE RIGHT RULERS.

He defends those who cannot, he fights against kings and tyrant family members, just as Kronos did against his father Uranus.

Organize your time: eat at the right hours, have study schedules, respect your sleep schedule and the right hours to sleep well, to exercise, to drink water. Take care of yourself.

Remain silent, still, without moving and with your eyes closed for five minutes. Feel the time pass.

Cronos loves music, from classical to modern. You can even play with him how the music would sound faster or slower.

Vintage stuff. I personally don't have the money to buy it, but I really like to see vintage stuff on the internet, from armor, old castles, mansions, artifacts, etc!
