Wonho’s photo teaser for Monsta X repackage album, “Shine Forever” [ edited ]
Today I walk. Tomorrow I will walk too, but in which direction? I am unsure of the direction that my feet wish to take me, for some evenings I walk in a straight line and my mind is in-tact and content; other days, my foot lands on the heel, only to slip and alter my direction. Do my feet want to change direction? As my brain connects to my heels, I feel them control each other, sending signals of desires where one wants to travel, but are they aligned? Can my feet wander along with a mind of their own whilst my brain travels elsewhere, wondering the direction it is headed? I walk with strangers—a foreign face in a foreign place, but sometimes I belong. Other times, my heart longs to be home, but both my mind and my feet know that home is far behind the path, and all parts of me need to move forward. So I choose to walk along this same path as the strangers, hoping to find inspiration in their autonomy. Maybe it will take a lifetime, but every day I choose to continue walking down a path, hoping at some point my feet may rest on a soft surface, no longer stumbling.
