I've been having issues uploading my art to tumblr, and I'm not sure what the setting problems are that are causing it. Specifically, it appears to be compressing the image and washing out all the color.
I'm using a Wacom Intuos Pro tablet hooked up to my desktop, and have been primarily using Krita (I just acquired CSP, but I'm a little worried I'll end up having the same problem if I don't figure out the cause).
What it's meant to look like versus how it looks when I try to post here

Why do I do better on paper than directly on my drawing laptop?
I don't get it. Someone explain this one to me.
I was drawing a Zutara scene for my fanfic, trying to get perspective and angles just right on Katara. I was getting overly frustrated when the computer drawing wasn't working out. I took a break and went to paper and bam, I got it.
What gives? (Software: Krita on Windows 11)
I guess this is just my technique? Draw it on paper, send the photo to my computer and trace over it.
Krita 5.0.6 help? (Windows) SOLVED! Leaving this up in case anyone else has this issue!
I wasn’t going to ask here but desperate times call for desperate measures, haha. I’ve been struggling with Krita desaturating images (they show up fine in the app, but the problem arises when they're saved as pngs/jpgs) and finally decided to sit down and try to tackle it... but no matter what I do, I don't seem to be having any luck.
I was referred helpfully to a post talking about the same issue (though with a focus on Clip Studio for Macbooks) and I used that as a base point to start doing more specific research of my own than I already had been. However, all the Krita-related resources and guides and various Reddit posts I'm finding online are... only for Macbooks as well. I can't seem to find anything for Windows specifically. And considering the layouts and options on my end are different, I'm figuring it is just an issue of different versions. Regardless, nothing seems to be working to fix this so far.
I would greatly appreciate any help or advice!! (Even if your advice is also for Macbooks! Something is better than nothing!)
Here's an example of what I'm dealing with, placed under a read-more for eyestrain reasons!
As you can see, the color on the left is VERY different than the color on the right.

Installed Krita since I saw that they added an animation feature to the update
BUT... I don’t like the way the pen marks come out.. It makes my art look like shit and it’s harder than sai Dx
like here are some doodle examples I did
I was able to draw mimikyu easily on sai in like a minute, Krita took longer and it was harder getting the lines right :/ idk I just need help on getting krita’s brushes to work like Sai’s
Central hub where you can get bundles (brushes, patterns, etc.), plugins, tech help, etc. for krita: https://krita-artists.org/
It always shocks me that people don't know about this site. So I do my best to show it off to people from time to time.
Also you can import the bundles through this:
