Sometimes I wonder if I'm becoming too woke for Kpop or if it's just because I'm getting older and realizing certain patterns that are just fucking weird and I don't understand why people don't really talk about it and I'm starting to get sick and tired of reaction channels being like Oh my God this debut or this comeback was so good and like not talking about the elephants in the room.
keyveatz just made their debut and I didn't watch the music video when it first dropped I got recommended it and today I decided to watch their live performance and then I watched the MV and I had to go look up their ages right.
Because I feel like there's a difference between people who might be in their mid to late twenties or who might have lived in Western communities for a while and are into like hip hop and R&B and decide to go that route with their music versus like fairly young people who probably like the aesthetic of it but no nothing of it and then they come from companies where I don't trust them with a 20-ft pole near Black culture you couldn't pay me to trust them.
And a group of girls where the oldest member is 20 years old and they seem to be between ages of 20 and 18 I don't know if I trust that any of them actually know jack shit about hip hop and or r&b. Mainly because most kids in a fucking America where the genres are from barely no jacket about actual hip hop or R&B so I'm not expecting a bunch of foreign kids to know. That's not even getting to all the atrocities of things that have happened over the years with aomg and like I don't know if I can trust the people there because we couldn't trust them before. Like I feel like people forget that like Jay Park might not be the CEO of aomg anymore but he still owns the company from what I can tell I don't think he ever sold his part because he is the founder of the company so like he still has a say he's no different basically than a evil piggy bank or BHS or even a jyp where it's like yeah they're no longer actively CEOs but they're the biggest shareholders and technically have the most say in their groups and the company and what is and isn't allowed to happen and again he doesn't have the best track record.
And honestly I've said it before and I'll say it again Jay Park is basically just bang PD 2.0 in my opinion. Both of them have this weird obsession with black culture and using it to create groups to try and take over the music waves they're both egotistical and self-centered in terms of they want people to know who the fuck they are and consistently try to latch on Like A parasite to whichever of their groups are the most popular or people are talking about the most because people forget that Jay did the same shit when he acquired two members of Got7 and you saw him doing quite a bit of content mentioning them or having them around and trying to use it as his haha got you moment against his ex CEO even though it's like sir you got kicked out of your group because you didn't have the best homies and they couldn't keep the fact that you were talking shit about South Korea a secret like that has nothing to do with your ceo. There's only so much that man could have done to save your ass because the Korean general public were pissed off and did not like him.
Lngshot I can kind of sort of sit there and give a little bit of a pass to just because you have one member who legitimately seem to have been part of the underground rap community so know something to some extent even if they are hella young. I'm from the conversations that they've done in a handful of the interviews where Jay isn't a part of it seems that Lewis's parents both his mom and dad have an appreciation for R&B music to some extent so he at least seems like he grew up listening to this shit. The other two seemed perfectly fine like I'm not going to sit here and shit on a teenage boy who ended up liking hip hop and has kind of made it part of his personality I feel like that happens to every fucking teenage kid at some point so that's not something I didn't mad at I'm just like I hope these people around him to allow him to explore that while also being like hey let's also be appreciative of the culture without appropriating it that isn't like you know Jay because that man doesn't know the difference. Or for being more honest he doesn't give a fuck as long as he has his little herd of Jay Walker's who will forever sit there and defend the fuck out of whatever this grown ass man does because they refuse to even call out the creepy shit he does this start off as a rant slightly about how weird I think it is that so many groups now come out with hip hop and R&B concepts when they're so fucking young and know nothing about hip hop or R&B but let's talk about the whole Jay Park and bang PD just being two sides of the same coin the only difference is we like one of them cuz they're attractive I guess cuz I don't like either one of those men if you sat there and paid me a billion bucks to like them I still wouldn't . If jigsaw came to fucking life and kidnapped me along with the two of them and sat there and said there's one gun with one bullet one of y'all has to sacrifice yourself for the rest of y'all to come out I will find a way for that one bullet to hit both of them so that I could leave in the world does not have to deal with them. I would rather sit there and be locked away in maximum security prison in solitary confinement for an entire decade then have to like either one of those men and mind you this is coming from someone who actually used to like Jay Park like his music was the soundtrack for my late teens and early twenties. And then he started really showing his ass because he really got popular especially with black people and then just started disrespecting every fucking body from the Muslims to the blacks to the browns hell he even sat there occasionally and still shitted on Korean people and it's like damn for pretty fucking average height / short dude you sure do have a huge ass ego.
But let's start off with like basic facts bang PD became a producer a CEO because he was basically jealous of his friend JY Papi being successful with his company and his groups and being tied to them and he said how dare I not be famous too mind you he also wanted to be an artist like people who kind of forget this baby wanted to actually debut but he didn't have the talent or the looks. And you could tell he didn't have the talent because there are a lot and I mean a lot of Korean artists that are amazing fucking singers and there's quite a few of them that are on the bigger side for men and no one really gives the fuck at the fact that they're a bit oversized some of them wear glasses and they're like very average looking ass men because they're stupidly talented have you seen who some of the kings of osts are one of my like introductions to like just Korean artist and not K-pop and me falling in love with it was me accidentally stumbling across the song The reason I became a singer. And I was genuinely surprised that wow he's so fucking talented and then seeing how popular he was because I was like I genuinely did think that this country was a little bit more shallow than they actually are in terms of that they wouldn't let anyone that they didn't deem as some sort of attractive be a celebrity but it's like nah that's an average looking chubby dude but he has pipes and he can sing so I understand sometimes talent can exceed the aesthetic need for attractiveness.
But anyway one started his own company because he failed at being an actual artist the other one eventually started a company because they thought that the K-pop system soft which it did. But also let's be honest part of it was because they did some dumbass shit and then felt like they wanted to one up their ex company. Ironically both of them have the exact same like starting point jype jyp entertainment a jyp is the reason we have these two men and I think that that is quite the coincidence and the fact that it happened twice maybe we need to make sure that jyp and his company stops hiring these type of men we don't need any more of them.
Both of them have egos that are bigger than logic. Bang PD sat there and decided you know what he watched jyp struggle with his company his groups like people forget twice only sold like 700 copies of their debut album while SM and YG had their groups out here selling thousands a copies for their debut albums twice was actually considered a flop group for the first like 3 years of their career. Like they were getting International fan base but they also weren't that popular people weren't buying their albums they weren't really streaming their music like it genuinely took years for them to get to where they're at now.
Even with them coming from one of the big three you have to understand that jype was at the bottom of the totem pole why did you entertainment was actually top to with SME, SM has never not been number one.
But bang PD knew that that underdog Story sold so he purposely sat there and had BTS and their trainees and like the shittiest of conditions. Mind you this man comes from a wealthy family his family is considered upper middle class or lower upper class in South korea. He has several family members including his own parents and siblings who are alumni to some of the biggest universities in korea. He has ties before he even became a CEO for music in the music and business industry this man was not poor he had more than enough money to fund a company and do better than he did he didn't want to because he wanted to sell the underdog Story there is a reason why literally look at every single group every single one. Every single one of them has some kind of scandal that happened at the beginning of their careers The only Exception tool that rule is txt and they are quite literally the outlier and like the stepchild he doesn't like in the first place. Like they didn't do well riding off of the hotels of BTS like he thought they would when they first debuted so he basically neglected them for several years while they steadily grew fan base without him or his team really doing jack shit for them and then once they became more popular all of a sudden he was like my sons. But every group after txt that he debuted has some kind of fucking underdog Story or some kind of struggle that happened with either multiple members or one of the members.
Jay Park literally was used for years as the underdog Story idol. He sat there and got kicked out of his group because of him being a dumb teenager / young adult and his 20s and saying some technically fucked up Loki racist type shit about his own people. Got sent back to America had no clue what he wanted to do he had nothing lined up for him and then started posting up covers on YouTube and then eventually that got him popular once again primarily because he was an attractive looking Asian dude with a couple of tattoos at that point in time who technically does have a talented singing voice.
If I remember the timeline correctly it was the end of 2011 beginning of 2012 is when Jay Park started going viral and people started Loving him. Then 2013 is when he had his big break with Joah . SidusHQ if I remember correctly is who ended up signing him after he left jype in 2010 so he signed with them in like the end of 2011 beginning of 2012. Then he's out there and left them because he didn't feel like they were doing his music right came out with the single it was one of the five singles that he had released over the course of that 2012-2013 year and then established aomg and H1GHR music during that 2013-2017 time period.
Because he came out with I own these two albums by him new breed in 2012 which again was the one that kind of started getting people talking about him again and then he came out with the five singles and 2013 and then in 24 he came out with evolution and that was basically his breakout album and his second studio album and that's what solidified him as like the Wonder Dog come back story cuz it was like he got kicked out for the things he said but he was so young and it was a culture shock even though it's like you can have culture shock and not talk shit about the people in the country is not that hard especially with him being a little Asian boy from America he should have known better. But I digress he did that.
He was making money moves I'm also pretty sure that at this point in time this is when his parents had also up and moved from Washington to Korea cuz they currently live there and I'm pretty sure he still lives with them or he lives in the same building as them again I do believe that he suffers a little bit from that Peter Pan syndrome never going to get old type BS.
But again let's just kind of stick to more factual type shit. Then he started making moves like I said he started getting popular more so internationally than in Korea at the beginning of his career I feel like people always forget this Jay Park was the original BTS that's why I said there's so many parallels. He was getting International likings and people loving him so he was doing a lot more like touring in the US and in Europe at theaters and all that shit and when he started going more viral internationally that's when Korean fans started liking him a bit more it's one of those weird effects where they're like oh my God how come he never does anything here we want him back in the motherland even though it's like he was born in America so technically he went to the birthlands first.
He starts making a name for himself within the hip hop and R&B communities in Korea especially with the artist that he was signing the underground rappers the young rappers in the scene the R&B singers that people knew of that were Independent artists before joining his label. All that he manages to do this while staying relevant when he starts kind of fading out of relevancy cuz like I said he was hopping during that era of like the late 20s when I was in high school probably like my senior year and then my up to like sophomore year of college super fucking popular right he's popularity started in like 2014 in America it feels like that's when you had multiple people knowing who he was. He had multiple English versions of his Korean songs were actually English version of that. You would hear all I want to do, sex trip, me like yuh ect well these were songs that actually got played at like parties in New York like House parties they also played in certain clubs that you might have gone to right. He was also popping at least in the part of China I was in during that time too with a lot of these English versions of his songs where people fucking love them and would listen to them while partying and drinking and shit. Like he was for the young adults and barely legal teenagers during the late 2010s.
And then he kind of had his fall off because he started doing dumb shit like I said he kind of became a little bit irrelevant because now you had all these other artists coming up and debuting and popping out. There were other people who were making better music than he was in the R&B and Hip Hop scene and also the global audience for krnb and Hip Hop started becoming a thing. So people were like okay Jay Park isn't bad but he is like he's kind of the stereotypical pop boy voice right he's very Justin Timberlake coated. People wanted something a little different so he was falling off and then that's when he started doing all these fucking ciphers with his rap crew and shit his H1GHR collaboration stuff and that's also when the really stupid stuff started happening. Mind you the cold producer and I'm also pretty sure he was one of the owners of the company was Chacha Mahone aka the half black half Filipino man. And again Jay admitted to the fact that with the two videos that really fucked him over and kind of ruined his reputation where people forgot he even existed for several years until he came back out with his whole taxi featuring Natty I believe and then the song he did with Ning ning and McNasty with the only fans outrage promotion. He literally sat there told him Jay don't do this this looks like you're appropriating and making fun of Black culture like don't fucking do it and he sat there and said basically fuck you at least that's what it sounds like happened because he came up with those videos anyway and then I don't think I've actually seen him do a collaboration with cha cha after that I'm also sure that's when his collaboration with Gray stopped happening too for a while. Like I don't know if he works with the two of them now but there was like a good two three years where you stopped hearing that that tagline you weren't here and give me a cha cha beat boy or Grey whispered in your ear with Jay Park song started playing it's like he really fucked up and didn't listen to the people around him and they wanted none of that backlash that they told him he would get in the first place and he didn't listen.
And it reminds me of Bank PD because when BTS first debuted right he talked about how he had some people warning him about some of the things that he had those boys doing. The way he had them dressing some of the permed hairstyles he put them in he did not listen. Right they weren't saying we don't understand your vision they were like we get your vision but this might piss off the demography of people who would actually become a fan of them and he said fuck that shit because he was obsessed with them just becoming big in Korea which didn't happen which is ironic because again it was because of their International success primarily due to the black and brown people that they got popular. Now I'm not sitting here saying the white people had nothing to do with it but I am sitting there saying that the first react channels that I witness reacting to groups like BTS or even artists like Jay Park was normally always the fucking black K-pop fans once they did it and were like oh yeah this is kind of cool I like this I appreciate it while also calling out some of the culture appropriation that was happening. Then all of a sudden all the other ethnicities that also happened to do K-pop reaction channels would start listening to their shit because at the end of the day I feel like people do forget that not all but a lot of people are still low key a little political and little racist when it comes to the music they listen to. You will find people who would tell you they'll never listen to Hip Hop or R&B because it's ratchet it has no structure it's the same shit over and over again there's no Nuance to it blah blah blah blah and it's like you've never actually listened to it. Okay so you don't like songs about people talking about shaking ass and fucking things up you want some profound storytelling okay Kendrick Lamar fucking exist listen to some older hip hop event like biggie and Tupac were out here literally wrapping about shit that they lived through and their actual like life experience that wasn't them just flexing and being all at all you clearly have never actually tried listening to Hip Hop there's also a lot more rappers and stuff that talk about real shit if you're into that I'm not the biggest hip hop fan but even I'm fucking aware of it that's why I would never sit there and be like oh I could never listen to I occasionally listen to the shit.
Not to mention I always think that's wild because then you'll have the same people saying some shit like that but then they listen to like Taylor Swift no offense to people who listen to Taylor Swift but she has been coming out with the exact same teenage white girl I'm so bad at relationships stories over and over again with a different coat of paint since her debut. I was a fan of hers as a teenager and then I started getting older and realizing that she never stopped singing about the same shit while also never sitting there and actually talking about the fact that the common denominator is herself. Like good so are you telling you can only take you so far. Especially if you're just telling the same story over and over again.
Back to Bang. He too had an ego problem just like Jay and the funny thing is both of them were willing to sit there and let their egos run the show and be bigger than the actual like you know artists that they were in charge of or the companies they were running because you were some of the dumbest decisions you can make as a company owner.
But they did not care. Matter of fact they basically double down and then disappeared for a little bit before popping the fuck back up. Both of them like to latch on as soon as they start becoming irrelevant to whatever their biggest artists are. I do not give a fuck how you feel about Jay Park you cannot tell me that this 39 year old man and his really weird ass super close semi-parasocial relationship with Lngshot is it fucking weird like take out the idea of him being Jay park.
And look at it as him legitimately just being the boss and CEO of this company and consistently hanging around his artist that are I think currently 16 to 20 years old. I'm sorry I would find that really fucking off-putting why is this man who's like two decades older than these people and is technically old enough to have had two of them as His technically he's old enough for all four of them have been his children. Consistently hanging out with them like he's supposed to be there and he's not their boss. I don't understand how some of their fans don't think that's weird first off the way that Jay Park fans fucking rag on that group and act like they wouldn't be successful if it wasn't for Jay which is fucking wild because no I feel like if anything they probably would have had more of Ateez or even early BTS underdog Story if they weren't under Jay Park's label because 100% they would have garnished the attention of international fans point blank period they have the vibes the sound and the look that it doesn't matter what company they were assigned to people would have paid attention to them. It might not have been as quickly shot up in terms of like actually no I don't even think that's the case cuz I feel like you still would have had fucking celebrities in America like the cast of K-pop demon hunters and a few others that would have 100% have somehow heard of about them because you have to understand they basically did zero promotions for Moon walking and yet that shit was still trending because that's how good that song sounds like I don't think people understand if a song sounds good it's going to try and regardless of who the fuck the company is that they're signed to. Like that's just kind of how trending sounds work it just has to have the right kind of Melody the right kind of vibe and lyrics for people to be able to make edits for and that song 100% had all those things going for it it would have went viral regardless people would have known who the fuck they were they just might not have had the push in terms of Jay walkers sitting there and trying to help them out mind you Jay Park fans are basically the OG army.
So many of them have admitted to the fact that the only reason why they've hyped up this boy group is because they are Jay's first K-pop boy group some of them don't even like them they don't think they're talented. They've been caught multiple times talking shit about their skills and even appearances and a lot of them have been complaining since Jay and now it's his whole me and my son's tour basically where they're fucking pissed off that he's doing the tour with them and they're like yeah they get that he wants to help them but this is taking it too far and how his fans don't want their fans at the concert are taking concert tickets away from them and all this so it's like a hot mess of a shit show.
But that's no different than Bank PD sitting there and calling himself the king of k-pop, having BTS be considered his sons even having the members on multiple occasion call him like their second dad or Papa. And that's not even getting into the fact that he has this weird relationship with multiple of his groups leseraphim there's at least two members of that group who talk about the fact that he's like a dad and that they call him dad sometimes cuz that's what he is, illit members talk about how they call him dad and he's their father figure and he takes care of them like they're his daughters and they have had dinner with him because he likes to like get dinner with him sometimes or how they have his phone number and on two occasions we've had them actually sit there and send him a text message or call him members from his girl groups and then him get back to them like oh what do you need and it's like that shit's creepy.
And I call it creepy because it's like people call jyp creepy because of how close he was with fucking Got7 & 2pm . Which is wild because him being close with his two male groups which remind you he wasn't even super close he had more of like a mentor relationship with both of those groups then he I'm your father figure. He was like I'm a producer and songwriter and y'all have producers and lyricists in your groups you need help with something let me know I can help you with that if you're not feeling okay let me know and I can figure out what the hell we going to do with the company to give you time off. And he made sure not to be too close with his female idols because he didn't want to make them feel uncomfortable and he literally used to talk about that interviews because like twice would complain at first and I think it was jokingly about how close jyp was to like the boy groups and like he sat there and said he doesn't want to be creep or weird or anything like that and they were like oh no we get it we get it and like everyone at jyp talked about how he's more like a older brother or Uncle figure he's never trying to be your parent. He's just like that older dude that you could go to in the neighborhood for advice.
MHJ was dragged through the mud and red to filth by Kpop fans because apparently her considering new jeans like her daughters and treating them like that was really fucking creepy but then you have evil piggy bank doing in the same shit with multiple girl groups and boy groups and that's perfectly fine? Like make it make sense and I think the only reason why is because way too many people affiliate him with his biggest group which is BTS and they affiliate him with this idea of him being this like racist stereotype basically they kind of see him as the fat chubby jolly Asian man who's just super nice and caring right I'm talking like the dude from fucking Mulan that's how people basically see Bang pd.
And it's wild because he's shown the fact that that's not who he is or what he's like. But apparently allegedly to most of the human population outside of myself and some people he's charismatic enough to get away with it just like Jay Park is attractive enough that he benefits from pretty privilege but no one wants to act like they know that fact. He's considered a fairly attractive Asian man especially for one who's in his late 30s early 20s who still works out and stays relatively good looking and relatively fit looking enough that he could still go fairly shirtless half the damn time. And he's single as far as people know so that also fuels their delusion and they're just like he could never do any wrong.
And I think it's funny because I feel like the one thing that no one mentions when they talk about this combined concert tour thing. Is how Wild Jay Park concerts can get like we're talking about a man who would sometimes be on stage occasionally drinking have a cup in his hand have a bottle on the stage has panties and bras being thrown at him and now he's going to be going on tour for the first time in a while internationally probably still going to be playing them panty droppers ass shaking songs they're going to have some of those older women who are his fans still out here trying to throw their bras and panties some of them that they were wearing and take off at the concert at him and now you're also going to have 16 to 20 year olds on his stage and you know damn well that outside of performing a few songs by himself they're definitely going to be performing songs from their joint mixtape and I can only imagine how that might play out like this there's way too many variables of how this could go exponentially wrong.
And the funny thing is both of them do the same thing when they're met with people calling them out on their bullshit just in different ways. Jay Park has his own personal crash out on the internet and then gets his crazy fan base to sit there and spread all of this bullshit and misinformation that he spreading or basically him down playing people's concerns about shit as if it's them just hating because they can't be as cool or as rich as him because man's also very classes he's just really fucking gross and weird.
While BPD and his company uses dispatch. They will literally just sit there and give information to tabloids like dispatch and pay them to run stories that make them look good or make their enemies look bad. And they've been doing that shit for years I never understood how people never picked up on that around the time when they're already whispers about the company and you know illegal shit happening when they were trying to get their hands on SME and all that shit and then all of a sudden YG and SM find two of their artists and their relationship all of a sudden made public. All of a sudden there's whispers about Paola coming from that company and out of nowhere there's random articles and hate trains for Aespa? People complaining and talking about how overworked certain groups are in that company and all of a sudden they're releasing teasers and YouTube videos and documentaries of that artist bawling their eyes out and complaining about having low self-esteem and southwest, all of a sudden there are stalker photos of their boy group who they are claiming is completely overworked and all the sudden instead of people talk about that they're talking about how how the fuck did these people manage to get on top of buildings or these private areas to take pictures of this boy group and instead they're complaining about that.
Company gets called out for horrible way that they run company mind you before the new Gene situation happened there are already been several alleged ex employees who talked about the fact that working at HYBE was like working in The hunger Games because there were clicks and people were constantly out there like talking shit about each other and some of the staff members were horrible to the artist and they didn't give a fuck because the artists weren't really seen as real people and they were so many things that were talked about with that company. Then the new jeans situation happened mind you they never said the name of the girl group or the member who was told to ignore Hanni.
It could have literally been LSPM it didn't have to be illit. But all of a sudden those ex employees were talking more about how shitty the company was on top of everything else that was happening and MHJ coming out with her emergency press conference which again she never dropped names she never said the name of the girl group or the member first at all she only said something about who they were because sure enough Beshit+evil piggy bank sat there and had articles and shit released where they were talking about how they never told their girl group illit to ignore them and that Moka wasn't being rude mind you no one knew who the specific member was or who the group was and then all of a sudden their company name dropped both of them in one breath through the whole fucking group under the bus.
Just so people would stop talking about how shitty the company was because they had ex employees talking about how bad it was this is also around the time when people found out that they had two employees who had passed out from being overworked and one employee who literally died in the building and no one noticed for several hours. Like it genuinely was just a shitshow during that time and because they wanted to take responsibility for nothing they decide to throw their young newly debut group under the bus mind you new jeans was only a not even 2 year old group at the time they were coming up on two years I think they had like just fucking celebrated it or were just about to celebrate 2 years of having debuted when they got hit with all this bullshit and none of it needed to happen.
But this makes sense because you have men whose egos are more important than logic or what the fuck they're actually doing so they are more willing to do dumb shit and ruin their own bag and expose themselves for committing actual crimes instead of just admitting okay you know what this person did something I couldn't do good for them I'm going to keep it moving.
And I feel like what gets me about both Jay and BHS is that way too many people are ignoring the facts that they are ruining their artists. Like if they get into more controversy while being tied so heavily with their artist. They're kind of fucking over their artists. Because now when people search up both of their names is going to come back tied to specific groups specific artists the next time they sit there and show their asses and do some dumb ass shit. Is also now going to affect these artists. And the worst part especially with BHS is that eventually when he goes down or his company because the way this is going to end is one of two ways either the entire multi-level company thing is going to be fucking dissolved like there will be no HYBE it will go back to him just owning big hit and be shit entertainment and all the rest of them will go back to being independent companies like they were before he acquired them. Or even those two companies along with the giant conglomerate completely get wiped the fuck out.
And then what that does is it screws over those groups that he's so heavily tried to tie himself with because now they don't have the giant yellow company and their PR team to save them. Now their reputations are ruined cuz they're tied to this evil man their fans cap intertwining them with this evil man and also burning any bridges that they had with other fandoms so they're not going to fuck with them or defend them even if worse shit happens to them in the future. And depending on how badly this downfall is I don't think people understand how much reputation matters in Asia let alone in the entertainment industry brands will stop wanting to work with those groups if they get so heavily intertwined with evil piggy bank and he actually ends up going down and facing actual consequences no one is going to want to affiliate with any groups that are tied to him because as soon as they get tied to these other companies people are going to sit there and be like why are you supporting this group that was perfectly content with stealing money from the Korean people? Like that's how the Korean people might end up reacting to this and the international fans are going to probably react to this like why the hell would you want to work with a group that decided to stay with an evil man and their fans kept defending him like they're aligned they're spiritually one in the same.
That's why I always say defend the group never defend the company never tie a group to their CEO or their company because eventually if that company or CEO goes down or news comes out about them doing a bunch of horrendous shit is going to backfire on the group. And if it gets bad enough it's going to ruin any shot or chance that they have of being able to survive after the dust is settled.
Anyway this started off as something completely different and then turned into a do you know what let's talk about / rant about this shit to 95° rant so. Also is anyone else still kind of dying because the heat wave is over now in New York and it was actually really nice this morning but it got super fucking muggy because there's been on and off random ass raining and occasionally thunderstorms and the mugginess is actually 20 times worse than it actually just being like a fucking 100°.
