The detail that escaped me on my previous viewings of 'Red Paladin' was, ironically enough, Narti's only 'spoken' word:
It's no secret that the Galra thrive on sadism. Narti's choice descriptors are 'defenseless' (the Puigans) and 'too powerful' (the Galra), and in the culture she is surrounded by, the former is an insult and the latter a compliment. She also identifies herself -- and the forces she works with -- as Galra (like Acxa), even though given Lotor's declaration later this episode, it would not have been a blunder to state otherwise. (The use of 'Galrans' rather than 'Galra', which is the plural form of the noun, feels vaguely mocking too.)
More importantly,
this is Kova's face when the deed is done. He radiates pure smugness.
