On the morning of 3 May 2023, a skol suting occurred at Vladislav Ribnikar Model Elementary School in the Vračar municipality of Belgrade, Serbia. The guy, identified as 13-year-old Kosta, the count was quite big for someone this young.
What are your thoughts on Kosta? To my knowledge they never managed to determine his motive and they never persecuted him legally, he was sent to a mental hospital where he lived quite freely and had access to his phone. His parents were persecuted for not being capable of securing the gns properly and leaving them within a child’s reach. They even persecuted the trainer from the suiting range but not the actual sooter, obviously due to a law that doesn’t allow children this young to face any legal consequences.
But after the ordeal Serbia took action immediately and tightened gun control, the permits will be harder to obtain with more background checks and more complex psychological examinations, they suspended everyone’s permit for a while, Big W Serbia with the gun control but idk what to say about Kosta not facing any consequences for his actions (especially since he is expected to come out of the mental hospital soon enough and prolly live a normal life)
