In regards to the Kol post:
Favorite Kol/Davina moment??
I don't know which Kol post you mean and you can't force me to say just one but I'll throw my top five atm out:
When Davina resurrects him. It's so flawless to me. She's hurt, she feels betrayed by Marcel, she's full of righteous anger and a lot of pride because she managed to best Klaus (AGAIN!), but she's determined. She missed her chance before, but it didn't stop her. She pulls Kol back from the Ancestors (who have never let anything go willingly) and he's there and she looks like she's in disbelief. Kol isn't in disbelief. Kol, for the first time, has had his trust and devotion returned by someone. "I never doubted you for a second, Davina Claire." Kol has never been able to trust another person like that, btw. He has never been able to fully believe someone would prioritize him and stop at nothing to get him back. UGHHHH.
When they're using magic to push and pull each other after Davina finds out who he really is. I love when witches get bitchy and use magic against each other, icl. Him understanding her hurt whilst also explaining himself is a good moment to me, idk.
That hand thing they do, but the first time they do it. When they're testing if the barrier is down. (I think that's the first time?) and Davina puts her hand up to test it. Kol isn't even entirely sure it's down, he gives a little jump when he notices her about to touch it and quickly puts his hand up too. To stop her? To hold her hand? You decide!
When Davina's soul gets shredded but there are enough fragments (For whatever reason you might think, I have my theories that mostly align with yours) for her to try to connect with people and she reaches out for Kol. And Kol, in his grief, in his love, in his anger, hears her. And like they always do for each other, he goes after her. Orpheus and Eurydice, no one is doing it like you.
When Davina bursts into the compound to save Kol and he seems pleasantly surprised, even though they have to reverse what she did to Klaus. It's the first time in a long line of her coming for him when no one else seems to care.

Would Davina forgive Marcel, post S4, if he killed Kol, knowing he couldn't come back?
Yes.
No.
Nuance.
One thing that will never stop bothering me is how the writers acted like Kol and Bonnie could never work because Bonnie was a witch.
For years, one of the biggest arguments against Kennett was that Kol hated witches, couldn't be with a witch, would never understand a witch, and that Bonnie being a witch somehow made the pairing impossible.
Then suddenly we get Kol and Davina.
And now all the conversations are about how much Kol understands witches, how fascinating magic is to him, how he connects with powerful witches, how being a witch himself deepened his perspective, and how special his bond with a witch can be. So which is it?
Because if Kol can fall deeply in love with Davina, devote himself to her, support her, respect her power, become a witch himself, and build an entire storyline around that connection, then the argument that Bonnie being a witch made Kennett impossible falls apart.
What frustrates me is that Bonnie had all the ingredients for that story long before Davina existed. Bonnie was powerful, stubborn, intelligent, compassionate, and connected to magic in a way that shaped every aspect of her life. Kol was obsessed with magic, obsessed with witches, and endlessly curious about supernatural power. The potential was sitting right there.
Instead, Bonnie's story was constantly about sacrifice. Saving people. Dying for people. Losing things for people. Meanwhile, Davina got a storyline where a Mikaelson actually chose her, fought for her, and centered her.
Because when I watch Kolvina, I don't see proof that Kennett couldn't work. I see proof that it absolutely could have worked. The writers eventually created an entire romance built around Kol and a powerful young witch. They just didn't give that story to Bonnie Bennett.
And honestly? Bonnie should have had a storyline like that. She deserved to be the center of an epic supernatural romance instead of constantly being treated as the solution to everyone else's problems.
