Kojin: If this is wishing...I want to see him again. That is my first ever wish...

The other three protector gods of Earthrealm. Just like their brothers, Raiden and Fujin, they lived through their same events: the destruction of the Raptor society, the creation of the White Lotus, the countless fights against external threats, and finally, Raiden and Fujin’s decision to support the Edenian Regime. All three of them reacted differently to those events.

Suijin, the god (and goddess) of water always supported their brothers. They were in charge of the very element that allowed life to exist, and as such they had fittingly developed a love for every life form who depended on it. It made their heart the more saddened every time conflicts such as the ones which caused the downfall of the Raptor society continued happening through human history. They feared that, as Earthrealmers developed more powerful weapons while conflict continued, they would have to live through such a tragic event again. It was that fear which led to a desire to change things, whatever method was necessary. A fear that made them join the Edenian Regime cause alongside Raiden and Fujin.

Kojin, the god (and goddess) of fire also supported them for a great amount of time, assisting in the creation of the White Lotus and their fights for long, until the moment they decided to join the Edenian Regime. They would be lying if they said the possibility wasn’t tempting, the offer of the so-called eternal ‘peace’ of Edenia existing in Earthrealm… but Kojin ultimately knew better. Their dictated ‘peace’ went against the ideals of free will they had believed in and defended for all their existence. They desperately tried to reason with Raiden, Fujin and Suijin, to make them see their mistake, but they refused to listen. With no other option, Kojin decided to actively oppose their siblings and their new allies, in combat if necessary, starting a conflict which has lasted for years.

Dojin, the Earth god, had a similar point of view to Kojin’s. They couldn’t bring themselves to betray their ideals of free will, but neither to fight their siblings. They have tried to remain neutral and find a solution to their conflict that doesn’t involve combat, mediate between their siblings, trying to see if there’s any way they can reach an agreement… which is, unfortunately, very unlikely.

All three protector gods, all three wielding a power like few others. Their participation between the conflicts of the Edenian Regime and its allies against their opposition will undoubtedly be important sooner or later.

In case there's any doubt left: Suijin and Kojin are genderfluid, Dojin is non-binary 💙🧡🤎
